Mr. Muhyadin provides strategic leadership and visionary direction for SEDO’s development and humanitarian program. He oversees the planning and execution of programs to enhance community resilience, climate adaptation, and inclusive and sustainable development. His work includes organizational management, resource mobilization, and engendering strong partnerships with donors, UN agencies, and governments underpinned by good governance and sound financial management.
A Somali national fluent in Somali, English, and Turkish, Muhyadin brings extensive experience in strategic planning, institutional development, and interaction with high-level stakeholders. A strong proponent of context-specific solutions and sustainable results, he has spearheaded SEDO to expand its footprint and enhance operations in hard-to-reach and unreached communities across Puntland and wider Somalia.
