Mr. Robert Muli is a seasoned Program Management and Economics Expert with over 13 years of experience working across various sectors, including NGOs, government, and the United Nations. Currently serving as the Programs Management Consultant at SEDO, Muli oversees the implementation of multi-year programs funded by USAID, WHO, UNICEF, government bodies, and charitable foundations. These programs are geared toward promoting community resilience and sustainable development.

Muli’s career is marked by his commitment to evidence-based policymaking and the application of socio-economic research to develop sustainable social protection programs. His expertise covers areas such as policy dialogue facilitation, strategic management, stakeholder coordination, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building for sustainability.

Prior to his role at SEDO, Muli held senior positions such as Programme Management Consultant at USAID, County Programmes Manager at Kenya Red Cross Society, Programmes Officer at UNICEF Kenya, and an Economist at Machakos County Government. His experience spans working in fragile environments, designing and implementing both emergency relief interventions and long-term development projects funded by prominent organizations, including the World Bank, DFID/FCDO, USAID-OFDA, USAID Ubora Mashinani, UNWFP, UNICEF, and ECHO.
