SEDO works to strengthen sustainable agricultural systems that improve food security, nutrition, climate resilience, and economic opportunities for rural communities. We support smallholder farmers, agro-pastoralists, women, and youth with the knowledge, technologies, and resources needed to increase productivity while protecting natural resources.
Our interventions promote climate-smart agriculture, improved crop production, sustainable irrigation, post-harvest management, and market-oriented farming. Through farmer training, demonstration sites, extension services, and value chain development, we help communities adopt innovative agricultural practices that enhance resilience to drought, climate shocks, and market disruptions.
